At Queenstown Property Management we value you as our tenant. We will look after you and your home.

Please view our properties for rent and if we don't have something that meets your requirements, please contact us and we will register your details and contact you when we find something. Often our properties are rented before we even get a chance to advertise them.

Maintenance

All tenants are provided with a tenant app, that allows you to quickly lodge any maintenance requests. This is monitored by a qualified builder to ensure requests are dealt with promptly, while enabling you to also obtain information about your tenancy e.g. where your rent is paid to etc.

Utilities

To help keep the move in process as stress-free as possible, we have partnered up with Moving Hub who offer a free service to set up your utilities, such as electricity, gas and internet. They are great to deal with and extremely helpful.
